With so many companies failing, it seems that the processors that are maintaining need to increase some of their services to their clients in order to keep them happy and going. We've had been with our processor for years and then we got involved with a new processor that promised the lower rate. It was almost too good to be true. Then shortly afterward they crept up our rates and wanted to blame the economy. I feel like they should have approached us differently because apparently they are doing this to all of their customers and it doesn't seem like there's anything we can do about it. I would imagine they are seeing cancellations everyday at most processors.
