I’m not sure what to think of the statement released by Bank of America this week.<\/p>\n

NEW YORK – Bank of America Corp. has begun offering credit cards to customers without Social Security numbers, typically illegal immigrants, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Not to get into a political debate, but it comes across as a bit crazy for a bank to start doing this. I would think that there would be some really high risk that the card holder may never pay back the debt that is due. I also have to questions whether fair practices and rates will be given for such circumstances.<\/p>\n
