Some processors may allow a few of these assuming they have business history, but generally these businesses won&#8217;t be able to process with a US provider.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> All Sexually Oriented or Pornographic merchants including:\n<ul>\n<li> Adult Book Stores<\/li>\n<li> Adult Telephone Conversations or video text<\/li>\n<li> Companion\/Escort Services\/Dating Services<\/li>\n<li> Massage Parlors<\/li>\n<li> Topless bars\/clubs<\/li>\n<li> Modeling agencies<\/li>\n<li> Misc entertainment (not elsewhere classified)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> Aggregators (third party payment processors)<\/li>\n<li> Audio\/video text<\/li>\n<li> Airlines<\/li>\n<li> Cruise Lines<\/li>\n<li> Any Illegal products\/services or any service or product providing peripheral support of illegal activities<\/li>\n<li> Auction Houses<\/li>\n<li> Bail Bondsmen<\/li>\n<li> Cellular Phone\/Beepers (Services, not equipment)<\/li>\n<li> Chain Letters<\/li>\n<li> Charities (other than well known)<\/li>\n<li> Check Cashing<\/li>\n<li> Collection agencies or firms involved in recovering\/collection past due receivables<\/li>\n<li> Credit Repair<\/li>\n<li> Credit Card Protection or Identity Theft Services<\/li>\n<li> Currency Exchanges<\/li>\n<li> Drug Paraphernalia<\/li>\n<li> Extended Warranty Companies<\/li>\n<li> Flea Markets (with no lease and phone availability) (Virtual terminal\/Wireless consider High Risk)<\/li>\n<li> Fortune Tellers<\/li>\n<li> Merchants offering free gifts, prizes, sweepstakes or contests as an inducement to purchase a product\/service<\/li>\n<li> Get Rich Quick Schemes<\/li>\n<li> Health Membership Clubs (Extended Memberships)<\/li>\n<li> Import\/Export (Non Mag Stripe or MO\/TO)<\/li>\n<li> Investment Programs\/ Opportunities<\/li>\n<li> Non face-to-face pharmacy sales (non-institutional)<\/li>\n<li> Non face-to- face tobacco\/cigarette sales<\/li>\n<li> Lotteries, Gambling, internet Gambling, contests or sweepstakes<\/li>\n<li> Sports forecasting or odds making<\/li>\n<li> Mortgage Reduction Services<\/li>\n<li> Taxi\/Limousines (singletons) Virtual terminal\/Wireless consider High Risk)<\/li>\n<li> Pseudo-pharmaceuticals (anti-aging, sex nutrients, etc.)<\/li>\n<li> Prepaid Cards\/quasi cash<\/li>\n<li> Real Estate Seminars<\/li>\n<li> Shippers\/forwarding Brokers<\/li>\n<li> Timeshare<\/li>\n<li> Travel Agents\/Tour Operators\/Travel Clubs<\/li>\n<li> Merchants engaged in Door to Door Sales<\/li>\n<li> Pyramid or multi-level marketing distribution<\/li>\n<li> Third party order fulfillment<\/li>\n<li> Merchants engaged in Outbound Telemarketing<\/li>\n<li> Infomercial merchants or other inbound telemarketers engaged in upsell<\/li>\n<li> Merchants offering rebates or special incentives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These are the business types which are prohibited with most US processors.
