QSR 505 Features:
- Robust all-weather device works indoors and out.
- Customizible for multiple applications.
- Easily connects to terminals, electronic cash registers and peripherals.
- Delivers all the functionality of PIN card reader and POS terminal.
- Uses wired or wireless technologies.
Highly Secure Transactions
QSR 505 terminals are extremely secure in a variety of applications, including the Hypercom QSR solution. The QSR 505 supports multiple SAMs, provide strong hardware and software security protection and have plenty of memory for storage of applications, data and transactions.
Ideal for Quick-Service Restaurants
There are numerous benefits to AAE throughout the transaction payment chain. First, merchants gain one single transaction flow, even when several applications are executed at the same time. Second, processors need only certify an application one time, since the application is independent of others to which it may be connected in the future. Third, ISOs get the flexibility to bundle applications that build unique value propositions without having to consider re-certification requirements.
Flexible and Adaptable
Standard interfaces support alternative configurations. Flexible programming, combined with strong physical and logical protection, enables implementation of a variety of market requirements. External communication can be achieved through in-store networks or directly from QSR devices. Keyboard layout and legends can be customized. DES (DEA 1) is the basic encryption standard, while RSA or other asymetric encryption standards are available.
